We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to support global payment partnership initiatives across banks, payment networks, and e-wallet partners. This role sits at the intersection of strategic partnerships and payment operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs and payment channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support negotiation and execution of partnership agreements with banks, payment networks, and e-wallet partners
• Coordinate marketing incentive programs and ensure agreements are signed prior to campaign launch
• Manage reconciliation processes, invoice follow-ups, and discrepancy resolution
• Onboard new partners into internal systems accurately and efficiently
• Prepare weekly progress updates, identify risks, and drive timely project execution
• Collaborate with BD, Product, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to optimize payment operations
• Handle payment channel-related customer complaint cases in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Payment, Fintech, e-Commerce, or Tech industries
3. Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Experience in payment/wallet/card/settlement/digital banking operations is an advantage
5. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with the HRBP and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans across multiple regions.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, to pre-onboarding coordination.
3. Source and engage both passive and active candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and other recruitment channels.
4. Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline, especially for IT and technical roles.
5. Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical capabilities, soft skills, and cultural fit.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, status logs, and recruitment trackers.
7. Ensure all recruitment practices follow internal guidelines as well as country-specific hiring requirements.
8. Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving the overall candidate experience.
9. Assist with general HR-related tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome).
2. 1–2 years of recruitment experience preferred, fresh graduates with internship experience in recruitment are also welcome.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates confidently.
4. Fluent in both English & Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) to work closely with China-based stakeholders.
5. Mature and self-driven, able to take ownership.
6. Proactive in learning new skills related to the role.
7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in user research, market research, research operations, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies (usability testing, heuristic evaluation, surveys, interviews).
• Able to synthesize insights, identify problems, and communicate findings clearly.
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Native proficiency in the local language and good English (B2+), with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
