QA Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for API and platform functional testing, including design and execution of test cases, bug fix verification, fast regression before going live, and writing test reports.
Communicate with the product to confirm the requirements details to ensure that the requirements are correctly and comprehensively covered, including the main business process and abnormal scenarios.
Follow up the test progress of each iteration of the product, estimate the risk in advance, redefine test focus according to the current test status, and deliver on time and with high quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or other related majors, with solid fundamental computer science knowledge, clear logic, learning abilities, good communication skills, with large-scale mobile App testing experience.
Strong troubleshooting and bug analysis capabilities.
Fresh graduate with outstanding university result and experience in manual/ automation testing are encourage to apply.

Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Responsible for the design and development of video cloud-based solutions.
Responsible for collaborating with developers and solving the problems encountered by developers during integration with video cloud services as well as the quality issues in the production service process.
Responsible for management of suppliers' demands, sorting out the issues in the integration with suppliers, promoting the development and optimization of technical specifications, and reducing service problems.
Have overall awareness, help establish a Quality Service (QS) evaluation system, improve the efficiency of problem handling, and effectively promote the resolution of quality and efficiency problems in the research and development process.
Organize structural learning points and consolidate developer handbook to form a common knowledge base for the solution team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or other related majors, with solid fundamental computer science knowledge, strong logical thinking and learning abilities, and understanding of software design patterns. Master degree considered as a plus.
Good professional accomplishment and self-drive, strong technical enthusiasm, able to continue learning and self-improvement.
Having excellent data analytical skills, issue identification ability, with prior experience in full-chain data collation and data-related tools.
Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (e.g.,TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.). Familiar with audio & video multimedia protocol, CDN distribution acceleration, RTC and other technologies is preferred.
Experience in project management, video cloud related experience or enterprise integration experience is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Alibaba, AWS, Azure and short-form video life streaming technologies would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure application reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user stories, project objectives and requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders from United States to report bugs and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Proficient in using testing tools and frameworks, such as Charles, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or similar.
Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project management.
Experience with bug tracking tools, such as JIRA, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
